The staff were amazing, always helpful and courteous. The room was super clean, with a free mini bar stocked with delicious snacks and drinks. Location was great, near markets and the old city area. Breakfast was quite good, with plenty of options.

Spending xmas at this hotel was awesome! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the restaurant offered amazing variety of menu. The location was great, in the heart of the city making it easy to explore the local area. The service was friendly and inviting.
I wish the hotel was a bit more affordable, especially during the high season like xmas. , the lobby area was a bit smaller than I expected.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town and next to the historical area. It made exploring the heritage sites and cultural spots extremely convenient. The staff at the front desk were friendly and went above and beyond to assist me. They even helped me with early check-in and looked after my luggage while I explored the city. The cleanliness and tidiness of the building and room were impressive, showing that they prioritize hygiene and maintenance. I also enjoyed the complimentary mini-bar, which had a variety of healthy snacks and beverages. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was squeaky clean. the service, location, and cleanliness exceeded my expectations.

The hotel has great amenities and comfortable rooms. the breakfast was delicious and diverse. the location is ideal for exploring the city, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It was great to have a gym and a pool available.
The decor felt a bit outdated and the rooms could use some updating. the noise from outside could be heard clearly in the room, making it difficult to sleep.
